From the shoot I created for the campaign of Kilderkin’s newest addition to the Larrikin family.
I worked on these with my friend Adam who is the most amazing mixologist.
The idea behind this cocktail is that the flavours play with a change from sweet, fruity and fresh to a slightly spicy and dry finish. The flavours represent travelling through most of Australia as you can go from fresh forest land to dry bush in a matter of seconds.
Here’s the recipe:
45ml Kilderkin Sunburnt country gin
15ml lemon myrtle syrup
20ml lime juice
20ml pineapple juice
2cm piece of ginger muddled
Shaken with ice, double strained into coupe and garnished with a small stem of an Australian daisy.
